Children's Emotional Management Scales (CEMS)-Parent Report

The CEMS-Parent is a version of the Children's Emotion Management Scales: Anger and Sadness (Zeman et. al, 2002) that has been adapted for use with parents. It also includes a worry management scale that was developed to accompany the anger and sadness scales (Zeman et. al, 2010). Items are rated on a 3-point Likert-type scale (hardly ever, sometimes, and often). The version that appears on this site includes only the 9 items from the Dysregulated Expression Subscales of the Anger, Sadness and Worry Scales.
