Adolescent Version-COVID-19 Household Environment Scale (A-CHES)

The Adolescent Version of the COVID-19 Household Environment Scale (A-CHES) was developed to measure the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on conflict and cohesion between adolescents and their parents. Part 1 of the A-CHES collects respondent demographics, household characteristics and household-level COVID-19 exposure severity. Part 1 is optional to be used at the discretion of the researcher. Part 2 contains the 16-item conflict and the 13-item cohesion subscales with items rated on a 5-point scale. The A-CHES has parallel forms for adolescent report and parent report.
