Translation Information:

The author’s Spanish version of the measure (Columbian) was adapted (with author permission) by three members of the COMET study (University of Miami protocol # 20150187) team, Principal Investigators, Dr. Jensen-Doss and Ehrenreich-May, to make culturally appropriate changes for the Miami population.  A back translation was then conducted by a separate member of the study team who had not seen the original measure.
