Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS)

The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (Posner, et al. 2011) is a 6 item, semi-structured interview designed to screen for presence and severity of suicidal ideation and suicidal behavior. There are parent and child report versions, as well as versions designed to assess suicidality at baseline and for later assessment points.
