About the Scientific Advisory Board

The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) plays an integral role in guiding the direction of El Centro. The SAB is responsible for providing state of the science expertise that informs the: 1) progress of the Cores and of studies; 2) direction and development of new proposals and initiatives; and 3) collaboration on research, training, and community dissemination activities. SAB members receive yearly reports and are asked for their feedback, guidance, and collaboration on the status of ongoing studies, manuscripts under preparation, and new grant application initiatives.
